Meditation is a practice that involves focusing your mind to achieve a calm and clear state. It can help you relax, reduce stress, and improve your mental health.

Hope Horizons' mission is to diminish the impact of cancer. If you or someone you love is impacted by cancer, you are invited to be part of these sessions at no out-of-pocket expense.
